Terms and Conditions and Return Policy

Preamble

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all product sales concluded on the Stag Bijoux website (URL: https://stagbijoux.com/), managed by Seoxis Limited, located at 2301, 23/F Bayfield Building, 99 Hennessy Rd, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, registration number 77667495, and any non-commercial individual (hereinafter "the Customer") making a purchase on the said site.

The Customer declares to have read and accepted these GTC without reservation before placing an order. Validation of the order therefore implies acceptance of these GTC.

Products

The products offered for sale are those listed on the website https://stagbijoux.com/, within the limits of available stock.

The essential characteristics of the products (materials, dimensions, colors, etc.) are presented on each product sheet when deemed necessary. The photographs are intended to be as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the product offered.

Important notice: Our jewelry is described with the greatest precision. However, due to its nature, particularly for handcrafted pieces or those containing natural elements (stones, etc.), slight variations may exist. A dimension difference of up to 2 millimeters (mm) compared to the dimensions indicated on the product sheet cannot be considered a defect in conformity and cannot be subject to a claim.

Prices

The prices indicated do not include delivery charges, which are billed additionally and specified before the final validation of the order.

Stag Bijoux reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be billed based on the rate in force at the time of order validation.

Order and Payment Methods

The Customer can place an order on the website https://stagbijoux.com/ securely.

The order process is as follows:

1. Selection of products and adding them to the cart.

2. Validation of the cart content.

3. Customer identification or creation of a customer account.

4. Choice of delivery method.

5. Choice of payment method and acceptance of the GTC.

6. Payment validation.

Payment is due immediately upon order.

Fraud Protection Clause: Stag Bijoux reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order, or in case of objective suspicion of fraud (e.g., inconsistent delivery information, unusual order, etc.).

Delivery

Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer during the order process.

Delivery times are displayed on the site for informational purposes only and may vary depending on the destination. Stag Bijoux cannot be held responsible for consequences due to a delay in delivery not attributable to its fault.

In case of a damaged package (already opened, missing product…), the Customer undertakes to notify the carrier and Stag Bijoux, by any means, of all reservations within 3 days following receipt of the product.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

To exercise this right, the Customer must notify Stag Bijoux of their decision to withdraw before the deadline, by email indicating their name, order number, and the products concerned.

The Customer then has an additional 14 days from the notification of their withdrawal to return the product(s) to the address provided by email.

Return conditions: Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and complete (with their original packaging, accessories, etc.). Any product that is damaged, soiled, or incomplete will not be refunded.

Return costs: In accordance with the law, return costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer. It is advisable for the Customer to choose a shipping method with a tracking number, especially for orders returned from abroad. The risk associated with the return of the product is borne by the Customer.

Refund: Subject to compliance with the above conditions, Stag Bijoux will refund the returned products (excluding initial delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of their shipment by the Customer.

Legal Guarantees

All products sold by Stag Bijoux benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

• Legal guarantee of conformity: If the jewelry has a lack of conformity (does not match the description, is unfit for the expected use), the Customer has 2 years from the delivery of the goods to act.

• Guarantee against hidden defects: If a defect not apparent at the time of sale makes the jewelry unfit for its intended use, the Customer can choose between cancellation of the sale or a reduction in price.

These guarantees apply outside of normal wear and tear, abnormal use, or improper maintenance of the product.

Responsibility

Stag Bijoux cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract in case of force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, particularly of postal services and means of transport and/or communications.

Stag Bijoux's liability cannot be engaged for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as data loss, intrusion, virus, service interruption, or other involuntary problems.

Intellectual Property

All elements of the site https://stagbijoux.com/, whether visual or audio, including the brand, logos, texts, photographs, and design, are the exclusive property of Stag Bijoux.

Any reproduction or representation, total or partial, is systematically subject to the authorization of Stag Bijoux.

Personal Data

Stag Bijoux undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of the information provided by the Customer, which they may be required to transmit for the use of certain services. This information is processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, the Customer can consult the site's Privacy Policy.

Applicable Law and Disputes

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.

In case of a dispute, the Customer will first contact Stag Bijoux to find an amicable solution. Failing this, and in accordance with articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the Consumer Code, the Customer may use a consumer mediator.
