Returns and Refunds

Right of withdrawal: 14 days. In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason for your decision, except for the exceptions below.

Exclusions (Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code). For reasons of hygiene and health protection, earrings and piercing jewelry that have been unsealed or worn cannot be returned or refunded. The same applies to any custom personalized or engraved jewelry.

Return conditions. The item must be returned unworn, undamaged, in its original packaging, with seals and labels intact. A worn or damaged item may be subject to a reduced refund to account for its depreciation. The request must be made via the "Contact Us" form within the 14-day period. The item must be returned within 14 days of your notification.

Return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. The return address (Hong Kong) will be communicated to you by Customer Service. Initial shipping costs will be refunded at the standard rate.

Refund. The refund will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned item (or proof of its shipment), using the same payment method as the original order.

Defective or non-conforming products. You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects. In case of defect, contact Customer Service via "Contact Us" with a description and photos.
